titleOfInvention Method of processing foamed polyurethane wastes
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary crushing of foamed polyurethane wastes into crumbs. A mixture is formed by mixing the crumbs, a polyester composition and an isocyanate composition. The mixture is foamed and hardened into a shape. The mixture is fed into a gas-dynamic atomisation jet, dispersed, stirred and homogenised. The jet is formed by at least one jet of crumbs, at least one jet of the polyester composition, at least one jet of the isocyanate composition, two or more supersonic jets of the working gas flowing from a nozzle and interacting with each other. n EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a coating owing to reuse of wastes crushed into crumbs and uniform distribution of the crumbs in the volume of that coating. n 4 cl, 2 dwg
