abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a disinfectant concentrate containing the following in wt %: hydrogen peroxide 35-59 (per 100% peroxide), soluble silver salt 5ยท10 -6 -1.5 (in terms of silver metal), acidity regulator, complexing agent - up to equimolar ratio with silver cations, dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) - 0.1-5, water and, additionally, a stabiliser in amount of 0.05-2.0% of the total weight of the composition, wherein the stabiliser used is organophosphorus compounds and mixtures thereof in acid form as well as in form salts of different cations on some or all their functional acid groups and, alternatively, with carboxyl-containing compounds such as polycarboxylic acids, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, nitriletriacetic acid, aminodiacetic acid, diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid, cyclohexane diamine tetraacetic acid in acid form as well as in form of salts of different cations on some or all their functional acid groups. n EFFECT: invention provides high stability of solutions in time, reduces the negative effect of hydrogen peroxide articles used for medical purposes. n 2 cl, 1 tbl
