titleOfInvention Method of differential express-diagnostics of hyperglycemia
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: for differential express-diagnostics of hyperglycemia severity degree in zone of hand wrist, in pulse projection glass plate is placed. On glass plate preliminarily applied is biological test-system in dose 0.01-0.2 ml, in form of a line of paths each 4-5 mm long in chessboard order. Biological test system consists of water solution of amino acids, taken in equal proportions and water solution of magnesium sulfate in ratio. Plate is kept on pulse, then dried for 2-3 minutes and analysed under microscope in polarised light with quartz compensator. If present are crystals: degraded rhomb-shaped and/or degraded rhomb-shaped and polygonal, light degree of hyperglycemia with blood glucose level from 6.2÷8.0 mmol/l is diagnosed. If present is plateau from degraded rhomb-shaped and polygonal crystals and/or plateau from relict polygonal and rhomb-shaped crystals, medium degree of hyperglycemia severity with glucose level from 8.1÷11.0 mmol/l is diagnosed. Presence of plateau from relict polygonal dendrite crystals and/or plateau from deformed polygonal crystals and/or net from destroyed polygonal crystals indicates severe hyperglycemia degree from 11.1÷15 mmol/l. n EFFECT: method increases self-descriptiveness of hyperglycemia diagnostics. n 16 dwg, 7 ex, 1 tbl
