abstract | FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: complex comprises a separator, which communicates with a drier and a flow reservoir with water plants, a composter, a receiving tank and a pump serially joined to each other by means of a manifold, an additional separator, an electric spark grinder, a gas liquid ejector, an accumulator, an additional pump, a methane tank, a gas holder, a filter and a cogeneration plant. In the methane tank tower body there are the following components installed as rigidly fixed to it and made perforated: a base and a cover, a porous elastic carrier arranged between the base and the cover, installed in one or more rows along the balloon height. The balloons are rigidly attached to the inner side wall of the tower body with the possibility to interact with the porous elastic carrier and to each other. The balloons may be arranged as the revolution solids and have identical or different geometric dimensions. The complex comprises a system of balloons filling with water with remotely controlled valves and control elements, and additional manifolds, which are used to communicate the appropriate elements of the complex to each other. ^ EFFECT: design makes it possible to increase efficiency of the complex due to provision of the flow mode of the methane tank operation with automatically regulated periodical removal of excessive bacterial medium from the porous carrier and to therefore develop most favourable conditions for bacteria life and activation of the biodegradation process in organic and inorganic compounds. ^ 8 cl, 3 dwg |
