abstract FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for prevention of commissure formation in case of injury of tendons. For this purpose after finishing tendon plasty sutured tendon and internal surface of paratenon are processed with adhesive "Sulfacrylate". ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent formation of commissures between tendon and paratenon in post-operation period without additional introduction of other medications due to formation of biodegradable barrier with prolonged effect.
