The maker contains a fragment of the length 27 bp related to a conservative region of a HIV-1 genome reverse transcriptase domain, a fragment of the length 27 bp related to the other conservative region of the HIV-1 genome reverse transcriptase domain, as well as a fragment 19 bp related to CCR5 gene mRNA.
