titleOfInvention Carbon-containing nanoparticle and method of its production
abstract FIELD: nanotechnologies. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of nanotechnology. A charge of explosive with negative oxygen balance, made of a mixture of trinitrotoluene and hexogen, is covered with ice cooled below minus 25 °C, with the ratio of (4-6):1 to the explosive charge mass. The produced charge of explosive is exploded. The produced suspension of carbon-containing nanoparticles is exposed to chemical treatment. Then carbon-containing nanoparticles are disaggregated in composition of suspension, by means of triple freezing of suspension to the temperature that is below temperature of liquid nitrogen boiling. The treated suspension is exposed with ultrasound of frequency of 18-27 Hz during 5-18 minutes. Carbon-containing nanoparticles are produced, which consist of a carbon cubic single-crystal nucleus, size of which does not exceed 4 nm, and a single-layer shell of carbons with thickness from 0.190 to 0.200 nm. n EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to eliminate surface defects and various organic groups in nanoparticles shell. n 3 cl
