abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for prediction of developing inflammatory process by blood serum examination for the concentration of malonic dialdehyde, differing by the fact that the patients are additionally examined for the concentrations of adenosine monophosphate, adenosine triphosphate and glutathione peroxidase with determining their relative values in relation to average values in healthy persons and calculating an integrated factor K by formula where P 1 , P 2 , P 3 and P 4 have the values specified in formula, and if the factor is equal to 3.0 and more, the developing pyoinflammatory complications are predicted. n EFFECT: method allows more precise prediction of a clinical course of an early postoperative period. n 1 tbl, 2 ex
