abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining composite material, which includes stages of phosphorus sampling and surrounding it with layer of silicon, which includes multitude of silicon particles, heating silicon layer to temperature 900-1500C, with evaporation of part of phosphorus. After that phosphorus vapours are brought in contact with part of silicon layer with formation of melted composite material, which includes phosphorus and silicon. Invention also relates to radiotherapeutic product which has activity level from 0.1 to 50 GBq per gram, product being obtained by said method with additional stage of irradiation of composite material with neutrons with conversion of some quantity of phosphorus into P. ^ EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain composite material, which has homogeneous chemical composition, high phosphorus concentrations and low level of admixtures. ^ 9 cl, 8 dwg |
