abstract |
FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: for thrombin production measurement, a layer of said sample contacts with a fluorogenic substratum of thrombin where the thickness of said layer is 0.05 to 5 mm, while the surface area is 10 to 500 mm 2 . Further, the thrombin production environment in said sample is provided. It is followed by measuring the fluorescence emitted from the layer surface by a fluorescent group released by the fluorescent substratum as a result of an enzymatic action of produced thrombin on said fluorogenic substratum.
