FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. In accordance with the method proposed one mixes a powder containing an uronic acid based oligosaccharide, water, protein and a carbohydrate to produce water solution heated to a temperature of 50 - 90C. Then one adds fat to the heated solution and dries it by way of spraying to produce a powder composition. The uronic acid based oligosaccharide has DP 2 - 250.
