The method provides for benincasa and girasol-sunflower washing and rinsing at the specified parameters of the process, their separate grinding and finishing to produce appropriate purees. The purees are blended with orange juice and sugar syrup, heated, packed, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce new nectar from non-traditional raw materials enriched with biologically active substances, which in chemical composition may be recommended for use in diet nutrition. |
