abstract | FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: electrochemical system comprises a substrate of organic nature, an electroconductive layer and an active substance. The system also includes an organic layer lying between the electroconductive layer and the substrate. The organic layer is varnish, and between the varnish layer and the electroconductive layer there is a barrier layer based on silicon nitride, oxide or oxynitride, or based on aluminium nitride or oxide or oxynitride, or a mixture of these compounds (mixed nitrides or oxynitrides of Si-Al). ^ EFFECT: use of such a layer on the boundary surface between the substrate and the electroconductive layer enables to improve adhesion between the substrate and the electroconductive layer and limit aggressive chemical effects on the substrate from components of the active layer system. ^ 20 cl, 13 dwg |
