FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biotechnology, virology and medicine. Immunogenic composition includes virus-like particles (VLPs) HPV 16 and 18 and at least one of other oncogenic types of HPV, selected from the list which consists of types HPV 31, 45 and 52. Also described is vaccine for creation of immune response against human papilloma virus of types HPV16, HPV18 and at least one of types HPV31, HPV45 and HPV52, where dose of VLP of at least one of other oncogenic types is reduced relative to dose of HPV 16 or 18.
