abstract FIELD: power industry. n SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining the tile containing photoelectric element involves the following steps: body (2) of ceramic base is obtained, which has one or several through holes (2c) and water absorption equal to or less than 0.5% wt. The above step includes: pressing operation in which the crushed ceramic powder with humidity of 3% wt to 6% wt is subject to pressing operation under pressure of 35 to 60 MPa, drying operation and burning operation at maximum temperature of 1100 to 1250°C; and the following is directly deposited to surface (2a) of the above body (2) of ceramic base: electrically conductive layer (6) made from Ag or Ag-Al; multiple active layers (7); and layer of electrically conductive material (9) with grid-shaped structure; at that, the above multiple active layers (7) include n-type layer (11), photoactive layer (12) and p-type layer (13); conducting connector (5) is placed into the above hole (2c) so that the above conducting connector (5) is in electric contact with the above electrically conductive layer (6); and electric or electronic device (4) is applied to surface (2b) of the above body (2) of ceramic base, which is opposite to the above surface (2a); at that, the above electric or electronic device (4) is in electric contact with the above conductive connector (5).
