abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for management of labour in pregnant women with transplanted kidney. For this purpose labour is realised by Cesarean section by transversal suprapubic access on uterus in lower segment. When extracting head of fetus methyl prednisolone in dose 500-750 mg is introduced intravenously (bolus pulse-therapy). Immediately after operation introduced is azathioprin in dose 100 mg/day. In postnatal period antibacterial therapy with cephalosporins of III and IV generations is carried out for 7-10 days. Sutures are removed on 7-10 day. Breastfeeding is contraindicated. n EFFECT: method of labour management in pregnant women with transplanted kidney makes it possible for said group of women to have children and at the same time avoid transplant rejection, also observed has been birth of alive children, developing according to their age, who did not develop urinary system diseases. n 2 ex
