Instrument contains main case and moved-out - pulled-in burning element, connected to main case. Instrument is connected with unit for control of capsulotomy and movement for providing supply of electric current to burning element and control of moving out and pulling in of burning element. When burning element is in flat removed configuration, instrument tip can be introduced through relatively small corneal cut.
