FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention describes mutations of the amino acid sequence of the protein of atpE mycobacteria (M. tuberculosis and M. smegmatis), which determine their resistance to DARQ J. Obtained are coding mutant forms of atpE nucleic acids, vectors containing said forms and host cells expressing mutant proteins. ^ EFFECT: invention discloses use of said host cells in a method of identifying compounds which can be used as antimicrobial agents for mycobacteria strains resistant to existing drugs. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg, 7 tbl |
