FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The functional food product with hypolipidemic properties consists of vegetable phospholipids, ascorbic acid, fat-soluble vitamins - vitamin E and -carotin, and sugar or its substitute, ferric sulphate, flavonoids, a dry water-soluble extract of Karkade tea, a dry water-soluble extract of common licorice roots.
