FIELD: metallurgy. n SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in bromination of tetra-methyl-lead with solution of bromine in tetra-chloride of carbon at ratio 1:3 and in distilled purification of lead bromide (II) at temperature 750-850°C in flow of hydrogen or inert gas. Further, bromide of lead (II) is reduced to metal with 20 % water solution of tetra-hydro-borate of potassium and is melted in flow of hydrogen at temperature 600-650°C. n EFFECT: high output of metal lead. n 1 ex |
