titleOfInvention Method for synthesis of cross-linked polymeric plasma sorbent, molercularly imprinted with uric acid
abstract FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production of cross-linked polymeric plasma sorbent based on dimethacrylate ethylene glycol, which is molecularly imprinted with uric acid. Described is a method for synthesis of a cross-linked polymeric plasma sorbent which is molecularly imprinted with uric acid, involving suspension radical copolymerisation of dimethacrylate ethylene glycol and dimethyl aminoethyl methacrylate, in the presence of uric acid salts, a dinitryl-2-iso-bis-isobutyric acid initiator, characterised by that the said reagents are dissolved in glycerine; copolymerisation is carried out while stirring the mixture of reagents in an inert atmosphere and heating on a water bath at 70C for 2 hours; the reaction is carried out in weight ratio dimethacrylate ethylene glycol : dimethyl aminoethyl methacrylate equal to 99-98:1-2; comonomers: solvent (glycerine) equal to 17-20:83-80 wt %; the uric acid salts used are salts with diethyl amine and guanidine in ratio glycerine: uric acid salt equal to 96:4 wt %; uric acid is removed from the cross-linked polymer through extraction with a mixture of 0.1n HCl and ethanol (1:1) for 5 hours. ^ EFFECT: obtaining low-swelling and pH stable cross-linked polymers with imprints which are complementary to uric acid. ^ 1 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex
