| abstract | FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: in women with hypertension in premenopausal period function of peripheral artery endothelium is examined. Echocardiography is carried out. Index of left ventricle myocardium weight is calculated, level of estradiol and follicles of stimulating hormone in blood serum is studied. Presence or absence of painless myocardium ischemia is detected by means of original mathematical formulae, including studied indices for patients with changed or unchanged function of peripheral artery endothelium. ^ EFFECT: invention promotes prevention of development of complications in further periods of life of patients with hypertension - menopausal and postmenopausal periods due to diagnostics at pre-hospital stage of painless myocardial ischemia development. ^ 2 ex |
