abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: claimed is method of determining DNA-hydrolysing activity of molecules and device for its realisation. Method includes adsorption of reaction mixture, which contains DNA and tested substances, on working electrode, modified with carbon nanomaterials. After that, registered and compared are values of DNA oxidation in composition of reaction mixture before standing reaction mixture (control) and after standing reaction mixture (experiment).
