titleOfInvention Method of treating skin carbuncles
abstract FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology and can be used for treatment of skin carbuncles. For this purpose necrotic tissues are dissected with surgical scalpel, wounds are treated with NO-containing air-plasma flows in destruction mode. After that, preparation based on photosensitiser gel "Photoditasin" and amphiphilic polymer is applied on wound. Preparation represents mixture of photosensitiser, biosoluble amphiphilic polymer, selected from group: sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, chitosan sulphate and amphiphilic transporting additive - propylene oxide and ethylene oxide block copolymer. Ratio constitutes, wt %: Photosensitiser 0.2-1.0; Buosoluble polymer 93.0-98.0; Transporting additive 2.0-6.0. After 20-30 minutes wound is processed by laser irradiation with wavelength 0.66 mcm, energy density 20-30 J/ cm2. Preparation "B-hemostopan-5" is applied on wound and the following day wound is subjected to impact of NO-containing air-plasma flows 1 time per day during 2-4 days at gas flow temperature 38C, distance 5 cm, exposition 50 sec and NO content 500 ppm. with impact duration 10 sec per 1 cm2. ^ EFFECT: method ensures efficient treatment of skin carbuncles due to prevention of secondary necrosis formation, quick stopping of peri-ulcer inflammatory manifestations and wound granulation, which makes it possible to perform early wound closing with sutures or autodermoplasty. ^ 2 ex
