titleOfInvention | Method of treating ischemic heart disease - exertional angina of i-ii functional classes |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology and can be used in treatment of ischemic heart disease - exertional angina of I-II functional classes. From the 4-th day of staying in hospital, every second day carried out are procedures of transcranial electric stimulation from apparatus "TRANSAIR-01", which generates bipolar electric rectangular pulses with frequency to 70 Hz, pulse duration 3.5 m/s and current intensity to 4 mA. Electrodes are applied in frontal and retromastoidal regions with total time of impact 15-30 minutes. From the 5-th day of treatment added are general iodine-bromine baths on days free from physioprocedures, with duration 10-12-15 min. Course is 8 physio- and balneological procedures. n EFFECT: method allows to increase adaptive abilities of organism, improves indices of lipid exchange, peroxidation of lipids, antioxidant and clotting systems and reduces risk of developing complications of ischemic heart disease. n 2 ex, 9 tbl |
