abstract | FIELD: medicine, veterinary science. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science. The method involves producing R-antigen of B.abortus 16/4 brucella strain, analysing its activity by titration, producing sheep's formalinised and tanninised erythrocytes and sensitising said sheep's formalinised and tanninised erythrocytes to titrated R-antigen. For producing R-antigen, a three-day culture of B.abortus 16/4 brucella strain is washed off from a surface of a nutrient medium with sterile physiologic saline and centrifuged. Precipitated microbial cells are mechanically destructed by thorough grinding, while and sensitising said sheep's formalinised and tanninised erythrocytes to titrated R-antigen is ensured by keeping their mixture at temperature 45-50°C for one hour. n EFFECT: method allows to produce high-activity and specificity R-brucellar erythrocytic diagnosticum. n 4 tbl |
