abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine, namely, to ophthalmology, and is intended for surgical treatment of macular ruptures. Internal border membrane (IBM) is removed. Diametre of removed IBM zone is selected depending on diametre of macular rupture. If rupture diametre is from 200 to 450 micron, IBM is removed with diametre of up to 2000 micron, if rupture diametre is from 450 to 700 micron - with diametre from 2000 to 3500 micron, and if diametre of rupture is from 700 micron to 900 micron - with diametre from 3500 to 4500 micron. At the same time at nose side edge of maculorexis is approached to visual nerve disk (VND) by more than 1500 micron, and larger part of IBM is removed from temporal side. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve full closure of defect on the next day after operation with minimum damage of nerve fibres and absence of defects in fields of view after operation. n 10 dwg, 3 ex |
