abstract | FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to model chloride-calcium arrhythmia in case of L-NAME-induced deficit of nitrogen oxide. For this purpose daily once, blocker of endothelial NO-synthase, L-nitroarginine, methyl ether, is introduced intraperitoneally in dose of 25 mg/kg for 7 days. On completion of administering L-NAME, on the eighth day starting from experiment, animals are narcotized (chloral hydrate, 300 mg/kg), and stream infusion of 10% solution of calcium chloride is done into femoral vein in dose of 200 mg/kg with simultaneous registration of ECG with the help of electrocardiograph "Malysh EK1T-04" in the second standard lead. Extent of proarrhythmic action of L-NAME is assessed by percentage of survived animals, by the time of arrhythmia occurrence from start of stream infusion of 10% solution of calcium chloride into femoral vein, by nature of arrhythmia development and rate of heart contractions. ^ EFFECT: method provides for creation of model of chloride-calcium arrhythmia in case of L-NAME-induced deficit of nitrogen oxide, taking into account NO-dependent mechanisms of arrhythmia development. ^ 1 ex |
