abstract FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and aims at treating the patients with joint and muscle temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain dysfunction syndrome. That is ensured by drug-induced electromagnetic stimulation. It is preceded with endoaural and permucosal percutaneous drug administration in the TMJ projection in front of the hircus from the vestibular side within the maxillary tuber. It is followed with transcutaneous analgesic electric stimulation of the auriculotemporal nerve in the TMJ projection. The therapy starts with the administration of analgesic and anti-inflammatory preparations - lidocaine, hydrocortisone, while in the second half of the therapeutic course, Lydase and diclofenac are used, and tizole is introduced as a drug carrier. ^ EFFECT: method allows to arrest inflammatory effects and pain syndrome, and to recover functional status of the TMJ. ^ 2 dwg, 2 tbl, 3 ex
