titleOfInvention Method of treating osteoarthrosis
abstract FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to balneotherapy. The method involves the introduction of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, muscle relaxants, vascular agents, and taking radon baths. In non-complicated osteoarthrosis, radon baths are taken at radon concentration 120 nCu/l, water temperature 36 to 34C for 20 minutes within the therapeutic course of 15 procedures. The minimally expressed enthesopathy requires radon baths taken at radon concentration 120 nCu/l, water temperature 33 to 31C for 15 minutes within the therapeutic course of 12 procedures. The minimally expressed synovitis requires radon baths taken at radon concentration 80 nCu/l, water temperature 31C for 15 minutes within the therapeutic course of 12 procedures. In the moderately expressed enthesopathy, the radon baths are taken at radon concentration 40 nCu/l, water temperature 30 to 28C for 10 minutes within the therapeutic course of 10 procedures. And if observing the moderately expressed synovitis, the radon baths are taken at radon concentration 40 nCu/l, water temperature 28C for 10 minutes within the therapeutic course of 10 procedures. ^ EFFECT: method reduces treatment length and number of complications. ^ 3 ex
