titleOfInvention Method of treating osteoarthrosis patients with predominant lesion of knee and ankle joints
abstract FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy. Method includes carrying out sparing motor mode, diet nutrition, sea bathing. Area of affected joints is subjected to impact of darsonvalisation from apparatus "Iskra-1". Impact is performed by alternating current with frequency 110 Hz, modulated in series of bell-like shape, duration 100 mcs, following with frequency 50 Hz, with voltage on electrode 25-30 kV, at average power and sensation by patient of temperate warmth under electrode. Impact is performed in contact, labial manner for 10-15 minutes. 15-20 minutes after said procedure, sea weed from Anapa region are applied on the area of the same joints. Thickness of application is 5-6 cm. Temperature of applications is gradually reduced. During first three procedures it constitutes 40-42C, during 4-5 procedures 38-40C, during 6-7 procedures 36-38C, and during 8-10 procedures 34-36C. Time of impact is 20-25 minutes. 10 procedures per course, carried out after 1-2 days. ^ EFFECT: method increases duration of remission, increases efficiency of resort treatment of said category of patients and their life quality. ^ 2 ex
