FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to andrology, and can be used for correction of spermatogenesis disorders caused by cytostatic effect. For this purpose preparation of recombinant human granulocytic colony-stimulating factor is introduced to laboratory animals (rats) in dose 100 mcg/kg 1 tiome per day for 5 days 1 month after cytostatic impact. ^ EFFECT: method allows to carry out efficient correction of spermatogenesis disorders caused by cytostatic damage due to stimulation of reparative processes of testicular tissue as a whole, resulting in formation of new sources of proliferative spermatogenesis pool. ^ 2 tbl |
