abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for treatment of inflammation of oral cavity tissues. For this purpose into oral cavity introduced is composition which contains magnolia extract and one or several active for oral cavity ingredients, selected from agents, preventing dental calculus deposition, whitening agents, desensitising agents, vitamins, compatible enzymes, breath fresheners, agents, preventing bad smell and their combinations. Concentration of magnolia extract in composition is such that after contact with action targets, one or several active ingredients of magnolia extract are present in proximity to oral cavity tissue in concentration from 0.2 to 1 mcg/ml. n EFFECT: presence of magnolia extract in composition in said concentration allows to stop inflammation due to anti-inflammatory effect without manifestation of bactericidal properties of magnolia extract, due to which claimed composition is safe for oral cavity microflora and does not possess irritating action on oral cavity tissues. n 19 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
