titleOfInvention Phthalocyanine chloromethylation method
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for chloromethylation of phthalocyanines. The method is realised while heating and using an aluminium chloride catalyst and a chloromethylation agent - α,α'-dichlorodimethyl ether. The chloromethylation agent used is a reaction mixture obtained by reacting thionyl chloride and paraform containing α,α'-dichlorodimethyl ether and the process is carried out at 85-100°C. n EFFECT: method enables to obtain phthalocyanines with high degree of chloromethylation while increasing safety and environmental friendliness of production, low catalyst consumption and technological effectiveness of the process. n 5 ex
