FIELD: metallurgy. n SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in a certain way for automobiles, domestic electric appliances and construction materials. Composite coating of steel plate includes mixed resin (A), particles (B) of polyolefin wax, which have average diametre of 0.5 to 4 mcm and softening temperature of 100 to 140°C, and particles (C) of silicon oxide, which have average diametre of 70 to 200 nm. Mixed resin (A) includes particles (A-1) of polyurethane resin and particles (A-2) of copolymerisation resin of ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, which have average diametre of 20 to 100 nm respectively and contain silanol groups and/or alkoxysilyl groups in mass ratio of 20:80 to 90:10, particles (A-3) of silicon oxide, which have average diametre of 5 to 20 nm, and organic compound (A-4) of titanium, which are mixed. Content of the above composite coating is 0.5 to 3 g/cm 2 . n EFFECT: providing development of coated steel plate having improved properties, such as resistance to loosening of adhesive tape, resistance to action of solvents, resistance to action of alkalies and resistance to abrasion. n 4 cl, 7 tbl |
