| abstract | FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to obstetrics, and concerns a method of birth complications prevention in women with contracted pelvis. For this purpose, 3-4 days prior to an estimated delivery date, oestradiol dipropionate 1.0 ml is introduced intramuscularly, while 10% calcium gluconate 10.0 ml and 5% ascorbic acid 4.0 ml are introduced intravenously.
