titleOfInvention | Method for investigation of blood circulation of anterior eye segment |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. The investigation of blood circulation of the anterior eye segment is ensured by the local application introduction of fluorescein into a blood channel of the bulbar conjunctiva followed by biomicroscopy and photographic recording of its flow in the blood vessels. The stain is applied by a piece of fluorescein-impregnated filter paper dried up and freely laid on a surface of the bulbar conjunctiva. Biomicroscopy and photography are enabled with a patient's upper eyelid fixed by an eyelid lifter. n EFFECT: method allows to investigate blood circulation of the anterior eye segment with the externally unchanged transcapillary exchange to ensure precise visualisation of fluorescein flow in blood vessels of the greatest possible surface area of the bulbar conjunctiva. n 6 dwg, 1 ex |
