abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is used in carrying out extracorporal purification of blood by means of hemodialysing apparatus for treatment of patients with acute and chronic renal in nephatony. Installation includes mixer, controlling device, input water main, cartridge, control board, pump, level sensor. On lift lid of mixer case installed is sprayer for supply of purified water into cartridge connected with input water main. Cartridge is inserted into mesh-holder, installed into upper part of mixer case, and is filled with mixture of salts for preparation of concentrated dialysing solution. In case installed are level sensor for control of set level of solution, connected with valve and pump for turning off valve and turning on pump for solution recirculation for complete dissolving of salts, and sensor of conductivity, controlling concentration of obtained solution. n EFFECT: simplification of process of obtaining liquid concentrated solutions in conditions of hemodialysis departments; creation of installation which is free of said drawbacks and which allows to obtain quality dialysing solution of specified concentration. n 1 dwg
