titleOfInvention Method of repeated operation of laser specialised keratomelesis in patients with earlier performed anterior radial keratomia
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for repeated correction of ametropia after earlier performed specialised keratomelesis in patients with earlier performed anterior radial keratotomy. Before carrying out repeated operation of laser specialised keratomeleusis edges of flap after previous operation of laser specialised keratomelesis are detected. Separation of flap from cornea stroma is performed between incisions made during anterior radial keratotomy with creation of pockets which do not reach incisions. Simultaneously by means of two spatulas with separating movements from closest to incisions angles of neighbouring pockets, towards each other in direction to edge of corneal flap corneal flap is separated in region of keratotomic scar. After separation of corneal flaps in region of all keratotomic scars separation of corneal flap is carried out. n EFFECT: method allows to preserve integrity of corneal flap during its separation while carrying out repeated LASIK operation, eliminates risk of astigmatism formation and growing of epithelium under flap. n 1 ex
