abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to dentistry, namely to surgical and orthopedic dentistry, and can be used for based on said implants prosthetics of any part of patient's upper or lower jaw. Dental implant made of material with thermomechanical form memory and superelasticity includes endoosseous, vaned subperiostal, as well as supragingival parts. Endoosseous part of implant is made in form of bent rectangle, vaned subperiosteal part being made in form of two rectangular wings, length of one of which being less than the length of the other on value from 1/3 to1/4. All endoosseous part of implant, as well as internal part of vaned subperiosteal part, are made rough. Method of prosthetics includes separation of mucous- periostea flaps, formation by wedging in it, by means oftemplate, of socket for placement of endoosseous part of implant. After implant installation abutments are put on, separated flaps are laid, wound is sutured, abutments are grinded by height, fixed with dental cement, after that moulds for crowns or bridges are made, then the latter are installed on abutments. n EFFECT: obtained reliability of support for implants, evenness of distributed pressure on patient's jaw bone in process of chewing load transmission and possibility to install crowns and bridges immediately after implant installation. n 13 cl, 16 dwg
