titleOfInvention Method of operational treatment of long strictures of distal part of choledoch
abstract FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods of operational treatment of extended strictures of distal part of choledoch. For this purpose standard mini-access is performed. Mobilisation of duodenum by Kocher's method is carried out, retroduodenal part of choledoch is isolated, choledochotomy and duodenotomy in longitudinal direction are performed. Antireflux invaginated valve is formed by sewing duodenum in transverse direction, with suture turning out duodenum. Choledochoduodenoanastomosis side to side is applied, with thorough adaptation of anastomosis edges, after that gastroduodenal probe is installed with creation of intestinal press, and under pressure of 30-40 cm of water, solution coloured with methylene blue is introduced. ^ EFFECT: method allows to simplify creation of antireflux invaginated valve, possibility of intraoperational control of antireflux protection quality. ^ 2 ex, 6 dwg
