abstract | FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular - to fodder production. The method of production of a dietary supplement for chickens, veals and piglings includes usage of fermented celandine. Preliminarily cut celandine herb and sugar are added into milk whey in the ratio of components, wt %: cut celandine herb 5-7; sugar 35-45; milk whey - the rest; the mixture is fermented for 2-3 weeks with pH conditioned to 3.5-4.0. Then one adds (per 1 litre of fermented celandine herb) amino acids in the following quantities: valine 1.08 g; isoleucine 0.77 g, leucine 1.77 g. The invention provides for an active state of lactic-acid bacteria in a probiotic medium, stability of the product properties and long storage life, obtainment of an extended action spectrum additive. n EFFECT: during young stock breeding the obtained additive usage allows to improve survival and body weight of livestock. n 4 tbl |
