FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for treatment of periodontitis. For this purpose preparatory stage of treatment, which also includes drug therapy, is carried out. In addition, starting from the first day of treatment liquid synbiotic Normoflorin«-D is introduced internally in dose 20 ml in the morning and in the evening 20-30 minutes before a meal for 30 days. Starting from the second week of treatment into each periodontal recess said symbiotic is introduced in dose 0.2 ml daily one time per day, 5 procedures, and applications of the symbiotic onto gums in region of each tooth are performed for 10 minutes in accordance with the same scheme. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to reduce treatment terms and achieve stable disease remission due to combination of local and systemic introduction of said symbiotic in said regimen, which favours reduction of periodonteum-pathogenic species of microorganisms, restoration of normal microbiocoenosis of oral cavity, normalisation of local immunity indices. ^ 1 ex |
