abstract | FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used while producing high-quality biologically active supplements (BAS) taken before food as preventive measures or for production functional foods. BAS with antitoxic properties is a powder. The powder is produced of a mixture of cloves, orange peel, coriander, nutmeg and cinnamon by way of the mixture extraction with liquid food carbon oxide, the ratio of the mixture to liquid food carbon oxide being (1:1)-(1:3) at a temperature of 15-25C and pressure 6.5-7.5 MPa during 2-4 hours to produce a degreased material and an extract. Then the degreased material is separated and ground to produce the powder. The weight ratio of cloves, orange peel, coriander, nutmeg and cinnamon in the mixture is (1:4:1:1:3)-(1:5:2:2:4) accordingly. ^ EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of a product with highly active antitoxic properties. ^ 1 tbl, 2 ex |
