FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing products from metal alloy without smelting. In compliance with this invention at least one non-metal compound containing, at a time, titanium-base metal composition and boron in amount exceeding its solubility limit in solid state at a room temperature is chemically reduced to produce aforesaid material. Resulted titanium-based metal composition containing titanium boride particles is compacted without smelting. ^ EFFECT: high and stable static and fatigue strength, creep limit, elasticity modulus, wear resistance and plasticity at higher temperatures. ^ 9 cl, 9 dwg |
