titleOfInvention | Method of chronic cor pulmonale patient rehabilitation |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and aims at chronic cor pulmonale patient rehabilitation. It involves the medicamentous therapy combined with electric stimulation training of limbs and trunk. It includes two sessions every second day for 30 minutes within 10 days. For the first session, the electrodes are arranged as follows: the first pair is placed paravertebrally in the interscapular regions; the second pair is placed in the lumbosacral region and inferior external right gluteal quadrant; the third pair is found in the lumbosacral region and inferior external left gluteal quadrant; the fourth pair is arranged in a projection of the abdominal rectus muscle to the right and to the left. The second session follows the first 6-7 hours later. The electrodes are located in the superior and inferior region of the anterior and posterior hip to the right and to the left. Electric stimulation is ensured by pulse train of 16 s and interpulse time 5 s. ^ EFFECT: method allows improving exercise tolerance and increasing pulmonary capacity due to stimulation of the muscles participating in respiratory movements. ^ 5 tbl, 3 ex |
