abstract | FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for treatment of patients with lung cancer. Essence of the invention lies in the following: during operation after ligation and sewing vessels of lung root, in distal part of lung artery stump introduced and fixed is catheter through which chemical preparations cisplatin 50 mg/m2 and doxorubicin 50 mg/m2 are introduced into lung vessels. After that catheter is closed, incubating in this way chemical preparations with blood in lung during operation. After sewing main bronchus, lung is ablated, placed onto sterile tray, system for blood sampling is connected to catheter, blood from ablated lung is collected into sterile vial with glucigir and re-infused to patient intravenously by drop infusion. ^ EFFECT: application of invention allows to increase treatment efficiency due to application of auto-blood from ablated lung as medium for dissolving and introduction of chemical preparations and combination of their specific antitumour action with additional stimulation of immune system by present in said blood tumour agents, transformed by action of chemical preparations. |
