titleOfInvention | Procedure for processing sulphide gold containing arsenic-antimonous concentrates or ores |
abstract | FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure for processing sulphide gold-containing arsenic-antimonous concentrates or ores and can be implemented at extraction of gold and antimony from poly-metallic sulphide concentrates and ores, mainly with ingrained fine dispersed gold. The procedure consists in preparation of charge out of concentrates or ores with halogenide, in charge roast, in extraction of gaseous compounds, in their condensation, in production gold containing ash, and in leaching gold out of it. Charge is prepared out of concentrate or ore and ammonia chloride and/or fluoride at weight ratio 10:0.3-3.0. Charge is roasted in continuous flow of non-corrosive gas and there is produced gold containing pyrrhotine ash. Pyrrhotine ash is subjected to sorptive cyaniding to leach gold; gaseous compounds in form of gaseous antimony sulphide and arsenic poly-sulphides extracted during roasting are subjected to fraction condensation. ^ EFFECT: intensified extraction of gold from concentrate or ore by raised degree of sulphide minerals opening, reduced production expenditures for gold extraction, and reduced anthropogenic influence to ecological system. ^ 3 cl, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
