FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: method involves fixation, washing and dehydration of the samples. After dehydration and without drying, the samples are taken into a mixture of dehydration agent and camphene and then successively washed in two portions of molten camphene at 51-60°C. After saturation with camphene, the samples are dried in air. n EFFECT: prevention of deformation of the structure of biological objects during drying, simplification of the method and reduced cost of the method. n 1 dwg |
