abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of veterinary. Method lies in the following: laparotomic cut 0.5-1.0 cm long is made on lateral abdominal wall. Ovary ligaments and uterine horns are extracted. Extraction of ovary ligaments and uterine horns are performed by means of instrument which is eyelid lifter with narrowed to 0.5 cm working blade. As ligature, ovary vessels and supporting it ligament, as well as round uterine ligament and uterine vessels of wide uterine ligament are used. n EFFECT: application of claimed method results in reduction of rehabilitation term, as well as in minimisation of risk of abdominal cavity infection. n 22 dwg
